How long does it take for an order to be processed?

All of our products are hand-crafted, made-to-order items which take between 2-6 business days to create. You will receive an email confirming of your purchase with the tracking number when your order has been shipped out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Why my tracking number says NO FOUND ?

Tracking numbers can take up to 2-3 days to start showing some updates, please wait 2-3 days before checking your order with the tracking number provided by us.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Delivery times will vary according to location, and are estimated here:

Delivery time to United States: 3 - 7 business days 

Delivery time to International:5 - 20 business days

An order takes 2 - 3 weeks on average to be delivered.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

There's a shirt I really like, but does it come in ______?

If you fall in love with a design but wish it was another color, or another product, send us a message! and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.

Can I get my product personalized?

Yes of course! We are happy to work with you for your custom requests. Please contact us.

Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?

All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with us ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.
